As corporate downsizing and restructuring continue, the demand for outside CAD services becomes a very economical solution. Technology Plus has responded by offering “in-house” CAD services.

Our personnel are cross-trained on various CAD software applications. This provides maximum flexibility to those clients requiring this service. If required, Technology Plus can also supply hardware and software to facilitate project completion.

Rich Bronson, President

Rich founded Technology Plus, Inc. with the goal of providing highly skilled technical personnel to clients across the country. With a background in design, he has been able to understand the requirements of our clientele. This has also given the company the ability to assist with project design and field coordination.

Over the past 30years, Rich feels the company has been blessed with the good fortune of building strong relationships with its talented and loyal employees. “The staff and recruiting team work very hard to ensure our reputation remains firmly intact as a company that brings only the best in the industry to the task,” Rich says. “I thank everyone who has played a part in making Technology Plus, Inc. the company best suited for the job!”

Jim Boudreau, Executive Vice President

Jim’s career with Technology Plus, Inc. has spanned 20 years managing the St. Louis office and servicing much of the Mid-west. Having been in the engineering industry for over 35 years, Jim has a strong working knowledge of the need to match the right personnel with specific talents to the client’s projects. Sales, recruiting and management of the on-going relationships between supplier, client and contract employee is of paramount importance in today’s dynamic business environments.

Amy Kloeppinger, Recruiter

With more than 22 years experience in the Technical Staffing field, Amy initially started her career as a Technical Recruiter and Account Representative for Technology Plus, and now leverages that experience in her role as recruiter. Presently working with her team to manage the needs of the industry, she also enjoys assisting candidates in finding jobs within their career field while simultaneously assisting clients to augment their staffing needs.

Trudy Pollard, Recruitment and Sales

Since 2007, Trudy has managed recruitment and sales efforts for Technology Plus, Inc. Her 21 years of experience in manufacturing and engineering, including roles in Human Resources, Quality Control and Engineering, continue to aid her in her present role, and she enjoys working with her Technology Plus team. She is even more enthusiastic, however, about her role in client partnerships, through which she continues to match client needs to the most qualified personnel.

Jeri Pearson, Executive Secretary

As part of the Technology Plus, Inc., team since 1988, Jeri provides ongoing support to the President and Vice President and oversees company operations, including human relations and payroll functions. In addition, she plays a key role in assisting the company’s two satellite offices. In her role, she has made many friends, and continues to enjoy her interaction with all Technology Plus employees.

Michell Hansen, Administrative Assistant

With more than 15 years of accounting experience to her credit, Michell handles the company’s accounting functions, client invoicing and correspondence. Since joining Technology Plus, Inc., in 2008, Michell has also assisted the company’s satellite offices, and continues to enjoy helping employees when they have questions.
