We are pleased to offer a benefits package to ALL employees of Technology Plus, Inc. Employees working less than 30 hours per week are still eligible for select benefits including Dental, Vision, Term Life, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability. You are eligible to elect any benefits of your choosing when you first become eligible. At other times during the year you are able to make changes only if you experience a Qualifying Event (addition of dependent through marriage, birth or adoption; loss of a dependent through divorce or death, or loss of coverage under another group plan). Most benefits offered are a guaranteed issue IF you sign up when you first become eligible. An enrollment packet is sent to each employee upon hire and eligibility becomes effective the first of the month following your hire date.
